Unfortunately I was not able to participate in this month’s Daring Bakers once again. Sometimes things happen in life and you just have to go with the flow. Next week, my household will be back to ‘normal’ as school starts and I will have more time to dedicate to baking.
I was happy to read that Tony Tahhan and MeetaK chose Chocolate Éclairs by Pierre Hermé. I love éclairs and have made them before and was anxious to try a different choux pastry recipe.
Unlike some of the past Daring Bakers challenges, this recipe has only 3 elements:
Pâte à Choux, also known as Choux Pastry or Cream Puff Dough
Pastry Cream
Chocolate glaze
I am looking forward to making these Chocolate Éclairs.
